Free Full Pass for the Upcoming Web 3.0 Conference in Santa Clara!
Just a reminder that I am offering ONE FREE FULL PASS to the Web 3.0 Conference and Expo in Santa Clara ($1,095 value), to the best commenter on this blog. See my post on The Definitive Definition of Web 3.0 for more information.
I look forward to seeing many of you at the panel I will be on, which is panel B4 on Business models, strategies, and valuation for Web 3.0, and encourage you to connect through LinkedIn ahead of time.
We've had exciting comments so far, for example from Dan Grigorovici at web3beat.com, who even wrote a follow-up post on his blog, commenting on Richard MacManus's post on Where Are All The RDF-Based Semantic Web Apps?, and my post at RDF/Linked Data Standards Not Good Enough For Intelligent Agents? Or Is It The Opposite? Unfortunately, Dan is a top organizer of the Web 3.0 conference, so my free pass will do him little good!
Tom Tague provided great insight into Calais's scale and future plans and, prompted by Amit Aviv, announced that they will soon report on the quality of the metadata created by the service.
Tom doesn't need a pass to the conference since he's also a panelist there, and currently Amit is the key contender for the pass (Amit, please provide me with your email address if you're interested in the pass!)
But the games are still open, and I will make a purely arbitrary decision by Wednesday or so...
